By allowing yourself the time to reflect and better understand your thought’s, motivations, emotions and behaviours you can remind yourself of your strengths, and identify areas for improvement resulting in a more confident and effective you!

LEADERSHIP
Leadership is an action not a noun! Organisations that invest in the development of their current and potential leaders have the capacity to be more agile when facing challenges. Strong and effective leaders empower and develop others, communicate and model the vision and navigate change and challenge effectively.

STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT
Strategic development is an ongoing process. It is an organisations way of using hard and soft data to review and determine its’ future direction and goals. Investing in ongoing opportunity to review the impact of your strategy enables an organisation prioritise efforts, effectively allocate resources and align all stakeholders with your goals.

TRAINING
High quality, purposeful training has multiple benefits for both the individual and the organisation. For individuals the right training will increase confidence, competence and contribution. Having highly skilled and confident individuals in your organisation will strengthen your reputation and brand and provide you with an increased ability to adapt to challenge and change.
Meet Bex Howe.

I’m Bex Howe, a former executive leader and director who now works with individuals and organisations to identify their challenges, explore the options for change and deliver the solutions.
I began Howe To Consultancy in 2022, following a light bulb moment during which I realised that I didn’t feel that I was making enough of a difference to the lives of young people and those who worked with them. My time as a Trust leader was heavily dictated by politics, finance and external legislation and requirements. There wasn’t enough time to work with the people!
Rarely did the staff invest time and funding into understanding and developing themselves so that they could become more significant and effective in their roles.
Initially, Howe to Consultancy was created to increase the opportunity for leaders and staff in school to understand where they were, identify the next steps of development and supporting them in making the change required.
In 2023 having spoken to leaders and employees across all sectors I realised that the area in which you work is only the context, the skills that you have are entirely transferrable.
So I invested in myself! I became an accredited Insight’s Trainer, developed my skills as a certificated coach and mentor and researched and created my own programmes of development based on the identified needs within all sectors of working.
In 2023 I began to work with other sectors of employment and haven’t looked back since. I love facilitating opportunities where people leave feeling great about themselves, empowered and confident to continue their journey as a leader and individual. I now work directly with 60+ organisations, volunteer with 3 charities and love my life!
