With over 30 years of experience across education, leadership, SEND, inclusion, organisational culture and workforce development, she is one of the most trusted voices in the sector. Her work spans schools, multi‑academy trusts, NHS teams, charities, public sector organisations and international settings, supporting leaders and practitioners to build cultures where people feel safe, valued and able to thrive.

A global leader in inclusive practice, Bex is the creator of Roots, Leaves and Wings, a fully inclusive developmental curriculum and careers framework used nationally and internationally. Her work is reshaping how schools and alternative provisions understand developmental readiness, SEND practice, progress evidence, careers education and parent partnership. She is also the founder of the Roots, Leaves and Wings Leaders and Practitioners Academy, an international professional learning community offering strategic tools, expert guidance and ongoing coaching for Inclusion, SEND and Pupil Premium excellence.
